SAVE THE DATE – the 2019 Blitz will takes place on Sunday, August 18th. 5:30 – 8 PM.
All band members are expected to participate in this vital fundraising event. Students and parent volunteers will receive their packets and instructions. Students will form groups of four to spread out among the neighborhoods in UA to collect donations for band and orchestra.
Since this fundraising event covers all of Upper Arlington, many parent drivers are needed.
NEW THIS YEAR: ALL PARENT DRIVERS MUST BE REGISTERED VOLUNTEERS IN THE DISTRICT!
All volunteer drivers must be registered at the High School PRIOR to the Blitz. The process takes no more than 5 minutes, but must be completed in person.
On the night of the Blitz, all drivers will need to present the following:
- Current UA Volunteer Badge or Sticker
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance

What is The Blitz?
The Upper Arlington Band and Orchestra students together participate in this vital door-to-door annual fundraiser. Students walk the neighborhoods throughout the community to seek donations that will provide key financial support to these programs.
The Blitz takes place every August to coincide with the start of the school year. Contributions received during The Blitz are split equally between the Upper Arlington High School Band and Orchestra programs.
All contributions are tax deductible.
