Chaperones will be needed for both the upcoming Disney trip and Band Camp. The meeting for potential chaperones will be on December 10^th at 7 PM in the band room. The directors and exec board will be there to answer questions.

For those interested in chaperoning the Disney trip, the following form needs to be completed by December 15.

Join us for our 2nd Annual Jingle Mingle Event for the Band Boosters on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Old Bag of Nails in Tremont Center from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Please bring a gift to exchange that is valued at $20 or less. We hope to see you there!

Senior Night is November 1st, 2019 vs. Dublin Coffman.

Seniors and their families will be recognized at the spread and on the field prior to the game. Here is the detailed schedule:

• 4:00 Dinner served for the band and for families of seniors at Easton’s home, 2154 Fairfax (senior parents will receive boutonnières) There is parking on only the west side of Fairfax Rd. There is parking available on Arlington Ave., the Mallway, Tremont Rd, and Tewksbury Rd.
• 4:45 Spread Performance (seniors depart for HS to receive their boutonnières once they are in uniform)
• 6:00 Senior parents meet on the track and line up at the south end of the field, band members will line up with you alphabetically.
• 6:15 Senior Band members and parents announced as they walk across the field. Watch LIVE on the UABandBoosters’ Facebook Page
• 6:45 Pregame
• 7:00 Kickoff
• After Party at the Barrett’s
