Make up date for students who missed uniform fittings is August 22nd, 3:30 – 7 PM.

Student volunteers, parent volunteers, and Sewing Circle volunteers will be needed.

Dinner will be provided for all volunteers.

Mr. Easton will get extra points if he wears his uniform while fitting students.
(Currently, he has a negative point balance for criticizing the website for things beyond our control.)

Our photographer, Jim German, will be available for makeup photos from 4 -6 PM on the 22nd in conjunction with the uniform fitting make-up. Anyone who wants a photo should come between those hours.

ATTENTION BAND PARENTS:

Please join us on the evening of Thursday, August 1 at 7:00 PM on the back patio (weather permitting) at SIP, Somewhere in Particular Brewing Company, located at 5053 Dierker Rd.

9:30 AM – Loading begins

July 29- August 3 – Band at Camp Swoneky

Saturday, August 3
11 AM – Performance for parents at Camp Swoneky.

Seating around the performance field is limited so you may want to bring along a chair. The booster group also signs up volunteers at this time, so bring your calendars.  THERE IS NO BUS FROM CAMP TO UA – all students must be picked up.

 

WE NEED YOU!  Sign up here to be a bus chaperone for Band Camp on Monday, July 29!

Parent volunteers are needed to ride the buses as the band members head down to Camp Swoneky for Band Camp. Chaperones should be at the High School around 8:30 am.  They will ride the bus with the band members to camp, and will return on the empty buses to the high school arriving between 12-1. This is a great way to visit with other parents and see the camp, and you don’t have to ride on the same bus as your child!
