January Booster Meeting Cancelled

The January 14th Booster Meeting has been cancelled.

The next booster meeting will be the mandatory February 11th meeting at 7 PM at the Hastings Auditorium.

Please remember to RSVP if you plan to attend the Bandquet on January 23rd.

Also, the Pep Band performance at a Boy Basketball Game has been moved from the 17th to the 21st of January, so please update your calendars.


Request for Photos

A couple of students are collecting photos for a slideshow to be shown during the Bandquet on January 23rd.

Please e-mail both baby and senior photos for all seniors to , and  by Saturday, 1/11.

Also, group pictures of all band members (not only seniors) taken during the last marching band season will be greatly appreciated.

Thursday, Jan 23 – Bandquet 2020

Bring the family to celebrate the band season and honor our seniors! Dinner will be served at 6 pm in the UAHS cafeteria and a celebration will follow in the auditorium.

The boosters are covering the cost of dinner, but request that you let us know how many from your family will attend, so that we can plan accordingly for food – RSVP here.

A Note from the Executive Board

Our scholarship needs were higher than anticipated this year; in fact, we were unable to award some of the late requests.  We would like our band families to consider volunteering their time to work at one or more concessions events at OSU in order to help replenish and build our scholarship fund.  We understand that everyone is busy and that expenses for this year have been paid, but we are hoping that our band families might be willing to help us pay it forward.  You could donate all of the proceeds to the fund, or you could choose a percentage split between the fund and your student.  Please consult the signup genius for the options.  Thank you very much for your consideration.

Wednesday, Jan 1 – Final Disney Payments Due

Fees should now be paid in full.  If you have any outstanding fees, submit through PayPal immediately.  The February Band Booster Meeting is MANDATORY for all band students and at least 1 parent. It will be held in the Hastings Auditorium on Tuesday, February 11 at 7:00 PM.  Details regarding the trip will be discussed as we make our final preparations.
